Collegiate Learning Assessment (CLA+)

What is the assessment? CLA+ measures analytic reasoning, problem solving, critical thinking and written communication skills among others.  The CLA+ can take up to 90 minutes, and it is completed online in a proctored setting. To learn more, visit the CLA website.

Who can complete the assessment?  A list of eligible students is compiled by IAR each semester.  For spring 2015, eligible students are those with at least 90 earned hours (seniors) and less than 30 transfer hours.  Eligible students must also have SAT or ACT scores on file with WSSU.

When is the assessment offered?  Eligible students have been notified of the following testing sessions.  Any assistance you can provide in recruiting students would be greatly appreciated!
