The Talent Management Division, within the Office of State Human Resources, provides courses targeted to North Carolina public sector managers, supervisors, Human Resources professionals, and individuals who want to increase their knowledge and skills and become more productive and effective. Sessions cannot be offered to private citizens.
This site will allow you to register for up and coming HR courses. Under each course there will be multiple dates to choose from. Examples of the types of training offered are SHRA and EHRA non faculty position management, separation workflow training and hiring processes for temporary and permanent employees.
