F-250 PICKUP TRUCK
*Daily Rate (Local and Non-Local) = $50.00 per day
*Mileage Rate = $0.60 per mile
Staff and Faculty are ALLOWED to drive the F-250 Pickup Truck. If a Facilities University Bus Driver is preferred for driving purposes, then the following costs will also apply...
*Driver Costs = $15.00 per hour (For Overnight Trips - See Overnight Travel Information Below)
STORAGE TRAILER - FOR PASSENGER VANS ONLY
*The Storage Trailer is benefical for those groups who may have a lot of luggage or need storage space for equipment. It is available for travel UPON REQUEST ONLY. There is a $50.00 per trip charge to utilize the Storage Trailer.
OVERNIGHT TRAVEL
*All overnight travel costs will remain the same with the EXCEPTION of the Facilities University Bus Driver Charge. The cost for the Facilities University Bus Driver is calculated per day at $15.00 per hour each day beginning of travel to the end of day travel.
*During the overnight travel period if there is a day(s) the department DOES NOT utilize the Facilities University Bus Driver there will be a 4 hour bus driver charge (equivalent to a $60.00 bus driver charge for that particular day).
*Departments are responsible for the Facilities University Bus Driver's LODGING and other costs associated with travel (ex: toll and bridge fees, parking fees, etc).
REMINDER: PASSENGER VANS
*Only Facilities University Bus Drivers are allowed to drive passenger vans
CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES
University Bus and Passenger Van Cancellation Policy
All cancellations should be submitted to the Facilities Business Office within 24 hours before travel departure. Failure to abide by the stated policy will result in a cancellation fee(s).

The cancellation fee is equivalent to a one day daily rate charge.

If the university bus cancellation is made after the Facilities University Bus Driver arrives to campus, the department will be charged a cancellation fee that includes the one day daily rate PLUS a two hour university driver charge.
