MOTOR POOL VEHICLES
Reservation Request Information
*Vehicles are assigned based on a first-come, first-served basis; therefore proper travel planning is recommended.
*Department Head Approval is required when utilizing departmental fund/budget codes for travel purposes. Please obtain approval BEFORE requesting a vehicle for all travel needs.
*You MUST be an employee of Winston-Salem State University as a staff or faculty member to drive state-own vehicles.
*You MUST provide a copy of your driver's license at pick up.
*Please read and acknowledge the policies and procedures stated by Motor Pool.
Customers must inform Motor Fleet Services of a cancellation of an approved vehicle request no less than 24 hours from the departure date. Failure to inform Motor Fleet Services of the cancellation will result in a cancellation charge of one day minimum rental (see Rates link for details). Charges will be access to the department's fund/budget code.
Facilities Motor Fleet will charge a $25.00 fee for all Motor Pool vehicles returned unclean. Charges will be access to the department's fund/budget code.
