From Banner Rams Online
- Enter your Banner ID and Pin
- Click the “Employee” tab
- Click “Tax Forms”
- Click “W-2 Consent”
- Check the box “My Choice” to consent to receive your W-2 electronically
- Click "Submit"
Viewing Your W-2
From Banner Rams Online
- Enter your Banner ID and Pin
- Click on the “Employee” tab
- Click “Tax Form”
- Click “W-2 Year End Earnings Statement”
- Select appropriate tax year
- Click "Display"

NOTE: If you did not receive your W-2 in the mail, it is possible that the University does not have your most current address. Please email your current address to 2payroll@wssu.edu for W-2 address changes ONLY! All other address changes need to be submitted to Human Resources
