Welcome to the Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA) website! Winston-Salem State University is the academic home to more than 350 diverse scholars who teach, conduct research, and provide service in the College of Arts & Sciences, School of Health Sciences, School of Business and Economics, and School of Education, Human Performance & Sports Science. Located within the Office of the Provost, the OFA is the central clearinghouse for faculty-related programs, policies, and procedures and exists to support faculty as they move through the university from appointment to retirement. Here faculty and staff will find documents, forms, and important information pertaining to Winston-Salem State University (WSSU) faculty.
