Transfer and Second Degree Orientation Guide
Congratulations on your acceptance to Winston-Salem State University for the summer 2012 term! As you transition to WSSU, we would like to share key information regarding finalizing your enrollment.
Enclosed is an Orientation Guide with important dates for the summer 2012 term. An important part of the college experience and transition is academic advisement. Your academic advisor will assist you with your course selection and will provide the alternate pin number you need to complete the registration process.
- If you have earned an Associate of Arts, Associate of Science or a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College/University you will be advised by the Faculty in your intended major (see the Department Contact Sheet)
- If you have earned an Associate of Applied Science, or have not earned a degree from an accredited College/University you will be advised by an Advisor in University College (see the Department Contact Sheet)

We are excited to work with you in completing your enrollment. If you decide not to start classes during the summer 2012 term, you must submit another application for the semester you desire to enroll.
