ams Commons opened in 2002. It is a $17 million, complex of four buildings and the Rams Commons Community Center that contains study and computer rooms, an exercise facility, and a convenience store. It is named after the University’s Mascot and sits across the street from the Rams Statue that graces the entrance to campus.
Room Configurations:
Rams is a 440-bed co-educational residence facility where students live in apartment suites. Rams Commons is a four building complex. Each building contains two-bedroom and four-bedroom suites with bathrooms. The kitchen area has microwaves and refrigerators. In 2013-2014, one for RAMs buildings will be designated for Band and Choir. Two Rams buildings will be for upper-class Honor students. The remaining building is designated for Junior and Senior students who have earned 45 credits and have a GPA of 2.8 or greater.
