
David Cline, Ph.D.

Dr. Cline’s research is in Cardiovascular Emergencies, Chronic Pain Management in the Emergency Dept., Emergency Medicine. Dr. David Cline is currently investigating the assessment and control of untreated and under treated hypertension in emergency department patients. Dr. Cline served as primary investigator for the First Emergency Department Based Hypertension Registry, a project which has been funded by the CDC through the Association of Teachers of Preventative Medicine. Dr. Cline is also interested in several other clinical issues in the Emergency Department including the treatment of ischemic stroke in the emergency department and patient satisfaction as it relates to patient centered caregivers.
