The Department of Computer Science offers graduate and undergraduate degree programs, as well as a certificate program. These include: a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, with a choice of technical and applied learning tracks; a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology; and a Minor in Computer Science; a Master of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology; and a post-baccalaureate certificate in computer programming.

 

In addition to classroom learning, programs in the Department of Computer Science integrate extensive laboratory study, student organizations, seminars, and exposure to research experiences in an effort to develop well-rounded students. The department's faculty spends considerable time engaging IT professionals in business and government to ensure that its programs address the most current trends and issues.
