Application Administration
Technology Infrastructure provides services to install, maintain, configure, and upgrade server-based university applications. Some of the supported application platforms are:
- Banner
- WSSU Public Website
- Faculty/Staff Email
- Student Email (Live@EDU)
- Blackboard
- Sharepoint
- Citrix
- Clean Access
and all other university servers.
In addition, WSSU is in the process of rolling out Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), which will provide the university the ultimate flexibility in how applications and desktops are delivered to campus labs, and directly to students.
