
Semi-Annual Access Verification
AIS will conduct annual access verification to the university’s hosts.

- Verify that access is correct, upon receipt of the Access Verification Letter.
- Make any changes as deemed necessary and secure proper approval before returning signed letter.
- Submit a completed Request for Computer and Application access form to add or change security.
- Send out annual access verification letters.
- Implement the approved security and changes.
- Return the form to the requestor if improperly completed or approved.
- File the request for future reference.
- Make adjustments as necessary.
- Remove any user accounts that are not approved by this process.
