Using the Profile System

Faculty/Staff profiles are now managed within the Cascade Server system. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain current and accurate faculty/staff profiles. Each faculty/staff member will use a standard template to keep their profiles up-to-date including contact information with content ranging from position responsibilities to philosophies for staff and from curriculum vitae to research interest/publications for faculty, and any additional relevant information.

First time users. To find out how to edit individual profiles or other information in the profile system, please see the Faculty Profile Instructions | Staff Profile Instructions pages.

Returning users. Faculty/Staff members that already appear in the directory, may have their profiles modified by a departmental/unit designated contributor (staff) or by logging into our editing interface using their WSSU ID and password (faculty).

Our goal is a simple user experience that requires little instruction.  Please note that edits you submit by clicking "submit" will not appear on the live website until they've been published by the administrator. the faculty/staff member's responsibility.
