FNP - Certification Program - Options
Option 1: Plan for All MSN specialty Applicants graduated beyond five years.

- Total credits required: 34 credits and 672 clinical hours.
Option 2: Plan for All MSN applicants graduated within past five years and non-certified Nurse practitioner.
Core courses (required pre-requisites):
- Assessment (5) – If applicant have the Prerequisites (11) credits core courses in the past five years & a grade of (B) or higher.
- Patho (3)
- Pharm (3)
- Total credits required: 22-24 credits and 672 clinical hours.
Option 3: Plan for All MSN Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioners working as NP in clinical practice of their area of specialty.
Core courses (required pre-requisites):
- Assessment (5) – If applicant has the prerequisites with grade "B" or better
- Patho (3)
- Pharm (3)
- Adult/Older didactic (3) – can challenge
- Adult/Older Adult clinical (4) – will be waved equal to 180ch
- Total credits required: 14-18 credits and 520 clinical hours
Option 4: Plan for All MSN Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioners working as a NP in clinical, practice of their area of specialty.
Core courses (required pre-requisites):
- Assessment (5) – If applicant has the prerequisites with grade "B" or better
- Patho (3)
- Pharm (3)
- Children didactic (3) – can challenge
- Children (3) – clinical will be waived to equal 135 hours.
- Total credits required: 14-17 credits and 565 clinical hours
Option 5: Plan for All MSN Board Certified Women Health Nurse Practitioners working as a NP in clinical, practice of their specialty.
Core courses (required pre-requisites):
- Assessment (5) – If applicant has the prerequisites with grade "B" or better
- Patho (3)
- Pharm (3)
- Women health (3) – can challenge
- Women health clinical (3) – will be waived to equal 135 hours
- Total credits required: 14-17 credits and 565 clinical hours
