WSSU introduces online hub for faculty and staff

The new one-stop shop for faculty and staff moves commonly requested information and resources together on one page.

Winston-Salem State University (WSSU) has introduced a new online one-stop shop for faculty and staff.

The new hub, which is being unveiled along with WSSU’s newly redesigned website on June 1, moves commonly requested information and resources together on one page.

Faculty and staff can find links to resources and applications throughout the website.

“There’s now one place to find news, announcements and events specific to faculty and staff,” said Laura Huff, digital communication strategy manager for WSSU. “Faculty and staff are encouraged to check this page daily.”

Huff said faculty and staff also should take note of other features on the newly revamped website, including:

  • Top page navigation tool that displays content most relevant to faculty and staff.
  • A responsive design that will work well on whatever device you choose to use.
  • Navigation that makes it easier to find the information you are looking for.
  • WSSU News, a central hub for WSSU news, photos, video and more.
  • New and improved directory and faculty and staff profiles that allow expanded biography information and photos.
  • An improved events calendar through 25Live.
  • Social media integration throughout.
