On-Campus Information Session and Tours
Thank you for your interest in visiting WSSU. Our campus tours begin with an information session led by a Campus Visit Coordinator who will provide details about the admissions and financial aid processes.
Following the information session, a Campus Ambassador will lead the campus walking tour. Our Campus Ambassadors are excited to meet you and love to share their experiences and answer questions, so this a great opportunity to learn firsthand what it’s like to be a Ram.
If you are interested in attending WSSU and would like to schedule a campus tour, please create your RamAdmissions portal account and accept the invitation to Visit Campus.
Spring Semester tours are available January 17 - April 18, 2024.
All individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian. Families with two (2) prospective high school and/or transfer students are limited to (2) guests only. Additional guests, who have not pre-registered, will not be permitted to join the tour.
Your information session and tour will last approximately an hour and half. Campus visits will start promptly. We advise all guest to arrive 15-30 minutes early.
In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, tours will be canceled to ensure the safety of our visitors, staff and students. You will be notified via email and/or text message if there is a change. You can also check our social media outlets for updates.
Please note that in the case of inclement weather while visiting, visitors will not walk the campus but instead participate in a virtual tour and Q&A session with the Campus Ambassadors and Campus Visit Coordinators.
Your health and well-being, along with that of the entire WSSU community is our top priority. Families are limited to three visitors, one prospective student and two guests, based on space availability and registration.
