WSSU honors distinguished young alumni at the Forty Under 40 Class of 2023 awards ceremony

Winston-Salem State University recently honored the Forty Under 40 Class of 2023. These accomplished young alumni personify the WSSU mission of “Enter to Learn. Depart to Serve.” They have made outstanding contributions to their professions and their communities. 

They also raised $61,804.92 to support current and future Rams with scholarship funds.

Chancellor Robinson said, “I must express my deepest admiration for these honorees who have demonstrated strength, tenacity, grace under pressure, and the ability to thrive amidst uncertainty and unprecedented circumstances. This amazing group of alumni are unleashing their genius onto the world by generously sharing the knowledge, support, strength, and compassion that extends from their days as students at WSSU.”
