WSSU HOST HOTEL

BALTIMORE HILTON INNER HARBOR 
The Winston-Salem State University Room Block is limited. Institutional Room Blocks are allocated by the CIAA Basketball Tournament Housing Bureau. Once the rooms are Sold Out, WSSU  will need to submit a request for additional rooms from the CIAA. WSSU  has no control over adding rooms until approved by the CIAA Basketball Tournament Housing Bureau.

RESERVE YOUR ROOM NOW!

A non-refundable deposit of one night's room & tax is required to hold the reservation. This will be charged by the hotel on or after Monday, February 2, 2026. The deposit is non-refundable. Additional fees will apply for reservations cancelled less than 3 business days prior to arrival.

Please note the hotel will charge an early departure fee of $50.00 in the event a guest who has a reservation checks out prior to the guest's reserved check out date. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.

The hotel may place an authorization on credit or debit card to cover applicable charges for room, tax and resort fees, as well as an incidental amount per day to allow you access to room charging privileges.

CIAA Cancellation Policy:  The CIAA’s Housing Bureau, Conference Direct, will charge a tiered cancellation fee for each reservation as shown:

• Jan 1, 2026 - Mar 4, 2026: $200.00

 Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “CONFDIRECT*CIAA2026". How to Make Modifications or Cancellations:
To modify or cancel your existing reservations, please do the following: Go to: 2026 CIAA Basketball Tournament-Housing Website Click "Manage Existing Reservations" 1. Enter the acknowledgment number and corresponding email as it appears on the reservation 2. Select "Manage Reservation" 3. The system will pull up the reservation and, on the reservation information, click “Modify” 4. You will then be able to change the name, billing address, credit card information, etc.
