Research Opportunities
The Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR) Workshop Series is designed to equip undergraduate students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to engage in meaningful research and scholarly activity. Through a dynamic lineup of interactive sessions, students are introduced to the foundations of research, guided through the process of developing strong research questions, and supported in building essential skills such as literature reviews, data analysis, and creative projects.
Workshops are led by experienced faculty, staff, and guest experts who provide practical insights and real-world perspectives across disciplines.
4 Workshops are offered per semester.

- Research Meet & Greet (Network Faculty and community partners)
- Steps of Research Involvement (Learning how to get involved)
- Why We Collect Data (Why is data important and how can we apply it every day)
- Tapping into your Passions (How to connect your true passions while simultaneously building your research portfolio)
- Secure the Bag (Learn how Grants can be beneficial to you as the student)
