Housing Updates Fall 2025

WSSU is welcoming its largest incoming class ever this fall.

As a result, on-campus and off-campus housing options are in high demand.

The Department of Housing and Residence Life (HRL) has updated its processes to accommodate students based on classification and housing application status.

This page provides important housing updates and next steps for students and families.

Register for the Virtual Off-Campus Housing Fair

Students who are seeking off-campus housing options are invited to attend the Virtual Off-Campus Housing Fair on Friday, July 11.
