Brown Hall has five floors of double rooms. Each student has a desk, chest of drawers, a sizeable closet, and a twin XL bed.
H. Douglas Covington Hall is a co-ed, five story building containing 141 double occupancy bedrooms to accommodate 291 students. The bedrooms contain leaflet desk, chest of drawers, an armoire, and a twin loftable XL bed.
Moore Hall has four floors of double rooms. Each student has a desk, chest of drawers, a closet, and a twin XL bed.
Foundation Heights has four person (2 double bedroom) apartments and eight person (4 double bedroom) super apartments. Apartments are fully furnished with full kitchens.
Gleason-Hairston Terrace Hall has a variety of apartment styles. The residence hall is comprised of primarily double and quad apartments. However, there are also a small number of single bedroom suites.
Martin-Schexnider is co-ed by floor. Each floor of each tower contains 16 or 17 double-occupancy student rooms, two shared bathrooms and a common living space. The rooms are approximately 11 feet by 17 feet in size with two built-in closets. Students have wood vinyl plank flooring and ¾ height loftable furniture including a chest of drawers, a desk and a twin XL bed.
Wilson Hall has four floors with a mix of room configurations. The building is set up in apartment/suite style where students share an apartment with three other residents. The building is co-ed by apartment.
Rams Commons is a four building apartment style complex with 444 beds. Each apartment is configured in a two or four bedroom suite style arrangement with a kitchen or kitchenette. Rams Commons houses the Honors program and any continuing student with a cumulative GPA of 2.80 or greater.
