Fall 2026 Hours:
The SRC will open for normal operations starting on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 10 a.m.
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

IMPORTANT UPDATES TO OPERATING HOURS

Thanksgiving Break and December 2026

  • November 23 and 24 open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • November 25 - Students can come to Thompson 303 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. for access to the SRC
  • November 26 and 27 – CLOSED
  • November 30 - 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
  • December 1 – December 23 - Students can come to Thompson 303 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. for access to the SRC Monday through Friday
  • December 24 - January 3 - CLOSED

 Spring 2027 Semester

  • January 4-15 - Students can come to Thompson 303 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. for access to the SRC Monday through Friday
  • January 18 - CLOSED for MLK Day
  • January 19 - The SRC returns to normal hours

The Allegacy Financial Student Resource Center at Winston-Salem State University (SRC) strives to provide holistic support to help students meet their current and long-term needs and goals. The center connects students to campus and community resources and services to help them overcome barriers that interfere with their success. The SRC collaborative encompasses the WSSU Rams Helping Hands Food Pantry and a professional clothing area, which aims to centralize our resources to:

  • Connects students to resources related to childcare, basic needs, food & housing assistance, transportation, healthcare, and more.
  • Hosts workshops, training and partner with community organizations to make resources more available and accessible to students on campus.
  • Provide a support system and increase knowledge of on and off-campus resources.

To use the The Allegacy Financial Student Resource Center at Winston-Salem State University, please complete this Registration Form Once you complete the Registration Form and sign off on the rules and regulations, you then go to the SRC and pick up your SRC ID card, which is required when you go to the SRC.

Food provided here is offered free of charge as an act of community service. Participation is voluntary. Neither Winston-Salem State University nor its volunteers guarantees the safety, quality, or nutritional value of any food provided. By accepting food, recipients agree to assume all risk associated with its use.”
